Contractual Agreement
When placing an order through our website, www.print-toners.co.uk you constitute an offer to purchase good from us.
Acceptance of this offer is completed once payment has cleared and goods have been dispatched to the address provided by you. In the event of a Business Credit Account Facility, your order will be confirmed electronically and goods dispatched to the address provided, however the title of the goods will remain with us until your payment has been received in full for the whole order. Print-Toners.Co.Uk Ltd’s acceptance of your order, payment in full and goods ordered being dispatched will result in a binding contract between the buyer (you) and the seller (us). Any additional terms added by you will not form part of this contract. Orders placed with us do not automatically form a contract until such orders have been accepted by us and goods have been dispatched. We will have the right to cancel any orders and/or decline acceptance of orders within reason.
In the event of goods not being available for dispatch for any reason including goods being out of stock after an order has been placed or cancellation of any order on our part due to any errors or unforeseen issues raised when placing orders with us, we, the seller will have the right to cancel such orders and provide a full refund thus terminating the contract between the buyer (you) and the seller (us).

Account/Personal Details
When you open an account or register with us through our website, your logon details are kept safe and encrypted for security reasons. It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep your user profile and password safe and do not share it with anyone.
Orders placed using your profile and password will be deemed as bona fide transaction and will be processed accordingly.
Unless otherwise informed, we will use your information for communication purposes as needed and for marketing and promotional offers. Your information will not be shared with any organisation and will be used solely for our use. Product Information/Warranty
We are committed to providing accurate information and descriptions about all our products purchased on-line. Images are for visual purposes only and packaging may vary as goods may be produced in more than one factory. Page yield specified on our website is approximate and may also vary depending on your use of your printer. All print-toners.co.uk products are manufactured to the highest standards and are backed by a lifetime extensive warranty effective from the date the order was placed. Product Branding
OEM product information (Original Equipment Manufacturers) listed on our website is purely used for identifying compatible products that we sell and all brand names and product names are trademarks or trade names of their respective company or organisation. The brands, trademarks and OEM are in no way associated with print-toners.co.uk
Goods Delivery
All orders received and paid for by 4:00pm (Monday to Friday and excluding Bank Holidays and National Holidays), will be processed and dispatched on the same day with a free next day delivery for all orders above the minimum purchase value stated on our website at the time of ordering (subject to stock availability). As we use multiple sources for delivering our goods to you, there may be the odd occasion beyond our control, where there may be a delay in receiving your goods. All our toner products are dispatched using a courier service with next day delivery and smaller single unit cartridge orders may be sent using Royal Mail Postal Service. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 3 days after placing your order, please contact our customer service department who will assist you in this matter.

Force Majeure
Print-toners.co.uk accepts no liability in events rising beyond our control for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered including for any damage or defects.
Pricing and VAT (Not Inc Channel Islands)
Prices on our website for goods include VAT unless otherwise stated. We remain committed to supplying you quality products at competitive prices and regularly check and update our prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns/Refund Policy
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality and backed with a 12 month warranty. However, in the unlikely event that a product is not working properly, please contact our customer service department by email at info@print-toners .co.uk who will be happy to assist you. If an item needs to be returned, we will send you a returns label and arrange to have the item replaced free of charge. Please note that you must send an image of batch number, your order number and contact details with a description of the fault when returning any items. Returned items will be tested and if no fault is present you may be charged for the replacement items sent to you. If the item is deemed faulty and you do not wish to have the item replaced, a refund will authorised after testing has been completed and fault identified. Your statutory rights are not affected.
