Returns/Refund Policy

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality and backed with a 12 month warranty. However, in the unlikely event that a product is not working properly, please contact our customer service department by email at info@print-toners .co.uk who will be happy to assist you.

If an item needs to be returned, we will send you a returns label and arrange to have the item replaced free of charge. Please note that you must send an image of batch number, your order number and contact details with a description of the fault when returning any items.

Returned items will be tested and if no fault is present you may be charged for the replacement items sent to you. If the item is deemed faulty and you do not wish to have the item replaced, a refund will authorised after testing has been completed and fault identified.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
